一、单词记忆
要记忆这个单词，首先我们回忆一个初中我们就学习过的单词，control，这个单词实际上是由两部分组成的，前面的contr是个词根，表示against，“反对”的意思，后面的rol就相当于roll，“滚动”的意思。所以control就是不让滚动的东西继续滚的意思，这个就是“控制”。
这个词根有时候也会写成contra，然后后面加个st，表示stand，“站立”的意思。所以contrast这个单词的意思是站在反面，所以是“对比”的意思。
